AS-11 UK DPP descriptive-metadata conformance

What we measure and how

Validates the AS-11 UK DPP HD descriptive metadata against the AMWA shim, reimplemented natively from the spec (the official `as_11_ukdpp-dm_conformance` oracle is no longer distributed): all three DM scheme ULs declared (Feature 7); mandatory AS-11 Core and UK DPP element presence (Appendix A); code-point string lengths; ISO 639-2 language validity; the PSE field rule; and delivery constraints — Shim Name 'UK DPP HD', Shim Version 1.1, Audio Track Layout in the shim's enum, no closed captions, and an allowed UKDPP Picture Ratio when present. Results use the AMWA scale (Pass / Warning / Conditional Error / Critical Error), overall = worst case.
