SpectraQC

Pass, fail, and why.

QC for VOD and broadcast delivery.

Every major delivery spec, plain-English failures, transparent pay-as-you-go credits from 80¢ each. No licence, no install, no contract.

Container, codec, and signal

Container format, video codec, resolution, frame rate, scan type, pixel format, signal range, and HDR metadata checked against your delivery spec. Open standards including EBU R128, ATSC A/85, DPP AS-11, and AS-10.

Loudness and audio configuration

Integrated loudness, true peak, loudness range, per-channel silence detection, and channel-layout validation. Sidecar audio components — full mix, M&E, language stems — checked individually and against each other for duration and loudness consistency.

Subtitles and accessibility

Full subtitle QC across SRT, WebVTT, TTML/IMSC, EBU-TT-D, and EBU-STL. Reading speed, line length, character set, dialogue coverage, and timing against the spec. PSE compliance analysis to ITU-R BT.1702.

Package jobs, not just single files

Upload a complete delivery package — primary video, sidecar audio tracks, subtitle files — checked individually and against each other. Duration match, loudness consistency, component completeness — the relational checks the incumbents don’t run.

Show the work, not just the verdict

Every result tells you exactly what was measured, the method behind it, and which line of the delivery spec set the threshold. Most QC tools ask you to trust the verdict. We hand you the receipts.

Plain-English fixes

Every failure comes with the measured value, the expected value, and an actionable fix — ffmpeg commands where applicable. No cryptic error codes, no vendor-locked tooling.

No mystery.

The spec format is open. UMDP — the schema describing every check this platform runs — is published on GitHub under CC BY 4.0. Anything we check, you can read the rules for.

The pricing is on the page. No quote-on-request, no annual minimum, no per-seat licence. Credits from 80¢, pay-as-you-go.

The data handling is on the page. Media is deleted immediately after analysis. Infrastructure runs in the EU (Scaleway, Paris). Reports and job metadata have documented retention.
