Method

IMF structural conformance

IMF structural conformance (catch-all)

What we measure and how

The imfprobe catch-all umbrella: carries any IMF finding not bucketed into the named area checks (AssetMap / PKL / CPL / OPL / virtual-timeline) plus the analyser-status rows — package unreadable, imfprobe parse failure, timeout, or binary missing — each with a `failure_kind` that distinguishes a real defect from a tooling fault. On the success path the granular `imf.*` findings populate the named buckets and this umbrella stays clean; see `imf_package_conformance` for the package-level validation it complements.
