What we measure and how

Container-reported duration in seconds. When the spec configures `timing.duration` the check enforces loudly that a usable duration was probed (a zero/garbage duration signals a corrupt or truncated file); cross-component duration matching is handled separately by `duration_vs_video`. Surfaced as a primary fact on the report.
